Questions

Good to know.

Everything you might want to ask about BLKBOX what it is, how it works, and how privacy and the waitlist fit together.

A next-generation social platform built around people, community, culture and meaningful connection private by default, with no engagement-maximizing algorithm. Think multiple profiles, a live activity feed (Pulse), disappearing Fades, community Squares, and feeds you actually control.

Pulse is a modern activity feed that surfaces conversations and community life so you can find people. Fades are temporary posts that encourage authentic moments instead of permanent performance. Squares are community spaces built around shared interests, hobbies, industries and cultures.

Your BLKCard is a unique identity layer that highlights who you are, what you care about, and how you contribute to the community. Profiles on BLKBOX are designed to feel personal and expressive not flattened into a single feed-friendly persona.

We’re building in public. This landing and waitlist are the front door. The web and mobile apps roll out to founders and early members first join the list to be in the first wave.

Everyone on the waitlist gets a unique invite link. Each friend who joins through your link moves you up the list and toward Founder and Architect badges.

Yes. No ad networks, no data brokers. BLKBOX is funded by community support, not by selling your attention. Your data stays in your box.

Most platforms reward outrage, addiction and constant comparison people have more followers than ever but feel less connected. BLKBOX puts people over algorithms, community over metrics, conversation over controversy, and culture over clout.

We’re independent and building without ad money. Contributions fund development and earn you a supporter badge plus the Architect founder track. Every dollar is accounted for in the open.

Still curious? The fastest way to understand BLKBOX is to get inside it.
